The rental Price is inclusive of: - unlimited mileage/ kilometers, Full comprehensive insurance with excess fee (CDW), Theft protection (TP), Airport fee, 18% VAT.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Passenger insurance (PAI)
Glass and Tier Insurance (GAT)
Garage or parking costs and traffic fines, fuel and other extras, such as child seats or booster seats.
Additional driver
Loss or damage to the car key. (Arising expenses are the client’s responsibility)
Damage to vehicle due to negligence.
In the need of Crane, the expenses are charged to customer.
INSURANCES
CDW and TP Insurance
Collision damage waiver (CDW) and Theft protection (TP) are included in the rental fees.
This insurance is subject to leaving a deposit by credit card, at the beginning of the rental at pick up.
The amount of the deposit varies depending on the car type.
*There is an optional insurance that can be acquired on booking or at arrival I order to be covered for damage to glass and tires..
DRIVING LICENCE
The drivers have to be in possession of valid and original driving license. Mitch more than 1 year experience. No copies or faxes will be accepted as valid.
DRIVERS AGE
The minimum age requirement for all cars is of 25 years of age with more than 1 year’s experience.
YOUNG DRIVER
Has to be between 21 and 24 years old, with more than 1 year’s experience.
The supplement for a young driver for Mallorca + Menorca for Mini, Economical or standard classed vehicles.is of 4€ per day. And 15€ per day for familiar, Special or luxury classed vehicles.
The supplement for a young driver for Ibiza is of 15€ per day for Mini, Economical or standard classed vehicles. With exception of Familiar, Special or luxury classed vehicles were the minimum age requirement is of 25 years
VAT INCL
BABY CHAIRS & BOOSTERS
For baby chairs, the Price is of 3.50 € per day with a maximum charge of 35 € per rental and chair VAT INCL.
For boosters the price is of 3€ per day with a maximum charge of 30 € per rental and chair VAT INCL.
The availability of the extras cannot be guaranteed unless it has been requested during the process of the booking.
ADITIONAL DRIVER
For the additional driver the cost is of 2.50 € per day VAT INCL.
FUEL POLICY
In order to offer the best possible Service. In our offices in Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, the cars will be delivered with a full tank, with the following options:
1. For rentals with three or more rental days, the client will pay in advance for the full cost of a full tank of fuel and will return the car as empty as possible. There will be no refund for unused petrol.
2. For rentals less than three days a deposit will be required to cover a full tank of petrol and the refueling cost.
*The price of fuel Diesel/unleaded, vary depending on model of vehicle delivered and that of the fuel price applicable at the moment of pick up.
BOOKING INFORMATION:
The booking is not a guarantee of a specific vehicle. (Make-model, color, equipment etc...) They are assigned by car groups similar to the reserved.
DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE:
All damages to the vehicle due to the driver’s negligence will be the client’s responsibility.
